A MESSAGE FROM THE S.C.S.R.T. ~

On behalf of our Board of Directors, I would like to welcome you to our website! One of our goals this year is to inform our visitors of the history of the society, our mission, our goals and all of our activities. We want to open the doors for you to learn about the SCSRT. We are a small and mighty group of volunteers who are passionate about radiography and believe in the purpose of the society.

Ø We are devoted to providing exceptional educational programs at a fair price.

Ø We are determined to keep the voice of South Carolina alive at the national organizations, ASRT Governance meeting in June in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Ø We provide four (4) representatives and input as requested by the South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association (SCRQSA) Board of Directors.

Ø We have a Council on Education who maintains open communications for the benefit and betterment of the radiography students of South Carolina.

Ø We have a willingness to try new things to benefit the radiographers in SC. For example the one day sessions scheduled for this fall and winter.

We are open to your suggestions and your input. We hope you will check our webpage often to stay abreast of the new pieces of information added since your last visit. We are striving to be YOUR source of education and information for our rapidly changing profession. I welcome the opportunity to talk with you!
